I was watching the TED talk by Simon Sinek and I really amazed by thought he explained why an idea or organization become successful and why it failed. It is not about under capital, not about man power, not about marketing & branding. Its about believe and making people believe what you believe. You need first make yourself believe why an particular idea has potential and why people should follow it. Once you convince yourself, its about the implementation how to achieve it. The last is what will be output and monetization.
