Now the impact of poor communication will be based on communication type and channel used for communication.

• For example it is an Oral Business communication and if Digital channel like Television have been used. Now in such cases cost of poor communication (e.g. Poor communication by BP CEO for Oil Spill) has direct impact on company's reputation and may legal consequences.
• If its an written Business communication and if email has been used to deliver a bad news like lay off, it can have direct impact on company's reputation, stock value, credibility, trust worthiness.
